Inspired by the Korean philosophy of "bibm", which embodies the ideas of harmony and balance, we have a full course meal influenced by Korean flavours. Get in quick as it won't be around much longer.
Our starter is a plant based Garlic Chive and Ginger Soy Mandu with Gochujang - Coriander Oil and toasted Sesame. Perfectly balancing the flavours of salt, sour and heat.
'Mandu' or dumpling were initially prepared for ancestral rites or banquets and enjoyed as a special dish for cold days.
